Lucy Kats, was named Best Lawyers® Trusts and Estates “Lawyer of Year” in Albany. Kats is a partner in WOH’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group. She prepares estate plans for individuals and couples, which includes drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, prenuptial agreements, retirement plan beneficiary designations, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and living wills. In addition to her estate planning work, Kats supervises all aspects of estate and trust administration and has experience in trust and estate litigation.
