Robert S. Rosborough IV, a partner at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna, has been appointed editor of the New York State Bar Association’s CasePrepPlus newsletter. The weekly publication features summaries of significant New York State appellate cases from the previous week and is provided to all NYSBA members as a benefit of membership.

“I’m honored to be named the new editor of the NYSBA CasePrepPlus newsletter, which has been such a valuable resource to NYSBA members, including me, for years,” Rosborough said. “My goal as editor is not only to help lawyers stay up to date with the significant decisions of the Court of Appeals and Appellate Division that could impact their practice, but also to make this endeavor interactive. Any case updates or ideas for the newsletter are welcome.”

CasePrepPlus is available to members online at www.nysba.or/caseprepplus, and will be cross posted to the Firm’s blog and Rob’s New York Appeals blog (https://nysappeals.com).
