Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP, the Capital Region’s largest law firm, is pleased to announce that Geoffrey Rafalik has joined the Firm as an Associate.  

Mr. Rafalik obtained his Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Tax Law from Albany Law School of Union University and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Siena College.  Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Rafalik founded his own firm focusing on estate planning, elder law, and business succession planning.  Mr. Rafalik is admitted to practice in the States of New York, New Jersey, and Vermont.

Mr. Rafalik will be practicing with the Firm’s Estate Planning and Administration Practice Group.
