Nicole Green Named to Albany Business Review's 40 Under Forty
Whiteman Osterman & Hanna partner Nicole S. Green has been named to the Albany Business Review's 40 Under Forty for 2020. Nicole joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna in August 2009, and practices in many areas of corporate and business law including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, contract negotiation, choice of entity/entity formation, corporate governance and strategic planning. Nicole also assists not-for-profit and tax-exempt organizations with respect to formation, operational and tax compliance matters, including obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status from the IRS and compliance with laws related to the solicitation of charitable contributions.
