Noah Cone joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna, LLP, in March of 2025 as a member of the Family and Matrimonial Group. Prior to joining Whiteman, Osterman & Hanna, Mr. Cone was a litigation associate at another local law firm.

Mr. Cone is admitted to practice in New York State and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Cone graduated summa cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University in 2024 with his Juris Doctor. During his time at Albany Law School, Mr. Cone served as Lead Article Editor for the Albany Law Journal of Science & Technology. Mr. Cone participated in the Pro Bono Scholar’s Program, the Community Economic Development Clinic, and the Legislating Criminal Justice Reform Research Project. Through his participation the Pro Bono Scholar’s Program, Mr. Cone was able to sit for the bar exam during his last semester at Albany Law School. For his commitment to public service, Mr. Cone was awarded the Platinum Public Service Award, having completed over 750 hours of pro bono service throughout his time at Albany Law School. 

Mr. Cone graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology from Binghamton University. 

Mr. Cone is originally from Long Island and currently lives in Albany.
