Joshua P. Fleury

Mr. Fleury's practice is concentrated in the areas of banking law, commercial lending transactions, creditors’ rights and commercial loan workouts. He has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in secured transactions and commercial real estate loans. Prior to entering private practice, Josh was a senior court attorney at the New York Court of Appeals.

  • Representation of lenders in the documentation and negotiation of commercial real estate loan transactions, other secured loan transactions and loan restructuring agreements.
  • Representation of banks in the documentation and negotiation of depository and cash management agreements.

Mr. Fleury graduated magna cum laude, earning his Juris Doctor degree from State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2006. Prior to attending law school, Joshua received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in 2003.
