Attorneys

Larenz Devaren joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP as an associate in April 2024. Mr. Devaren advises borrowers, financial institutions, and other lenders on a wide range of corporate finance transactions.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Devaren was an associate at Brown Rudnick LLP and a law clerk at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. While at law school, Mr. Devaren was a legal intern in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Enforcement Division of the New York State Department of Financial Services.

Mr. Devaren is admitted to practice in New York State and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. 

Mr. Devaren graduated from Columbia Law School in 2020 with his Juris Doctor.

Mr. Devaren received a Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Mr. Devaren, originally from Troy, New York, is a graduate of Lansingburgh High School and currently lives in Troy.
