Attorneys

Mr. Palamar joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP in May 2022.  Mr. Palamar was previously an Appellate Court Attorney at the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department.   Prior to that, Mr. Palamar worked as a judicial intern in the chambers of the Hon. Christina Ryba of the New York State Supreme Court, 3rd Judicial District, and also served as a judicial intern in the United States Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals.

Mr. Palamar is admitted to practice in New York State.

Mr. Palamar graduated magna cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University with his Juris Doctor.  While there, Mr. Palamar received the Friedman Prize for excellence in the subject of Family Law and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers.  Mr. Palamar competed in the law school’s Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Competition, where he was recognized as one of the competition’s Best Oral Advocates.  Mr. Palamar was also the chair of Domenick L. Gabrielli National Family Law Competition and the Symposium Editor of the Albany Law School Journal of Science and Technology.  

Mr. Palamar received a Bachelor of Science Degree, summa cum laude from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York where he received the Kearse Award for excellence in writing.
