Whiteman Osterman & Hanna has announced two new partners: Robert Rosborough and Robert Stout, and Of Counsel Michelle Kennedy.
Robert Rosborough joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna as an associate in 2010 after completing a clerkship at the New York Court of Appeals. Mr. Rosborough’s practice focuses on appellate, civil, administrative, environmental, and employment litigation, including extensive experience in CPLR Article 78 proceedings, land use and zoning matters, including religious land use matters, employment discrimination suits, OSHA matters, and appellate practice.
Robert Stout also joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna in 2010, and, since that time, he has been a member of the Firm’s Environmental, Municipal, Real Estate Development, Zoning and Land Use and CleanTech Practice Groups. He advises clients on all aspects of environmental law with a particular focus on regulatory, transactional and enforcement matters. Additionally, he assists project developers in obtaining environmental permits and municipal land use approvals.
Michelle Kennedy joins Whiteman Osterman & Hanna as an Of Counsel in the Municipal and Real Estate Practice Groups. Ms. Kennedy represents clients in tax certiorari, zoning and land use, regulatory enforcement, highway and employment matters. Ms. Kennedy’s real estate practice concentrates upon historic and agricultural properties.
