Attorney Seth R Leech, Head of the Immigration Practice Group (IPG) at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna, will be speaking to Bangladeshi business people, entrepreneurs and investors in Bangladesh in the last week of February 2025. He will be presenting a series of seminars on immigration to the United States through investment and business creation at the Renaissance Gulshan in Dhaka and in Sylhet, Bangladesh. Mr. Leech will be covering a number of the most utilized immigration pathways for entrepreneurs, those in business and investors including nonimmigrant visas in the L-1A and L-1B intracompany transferee categories, E-1 and E-2 for investors and other employment-based nonimmigrant visa categories such as, O1A/B, and H-1B. The seminars will also include cover strategies and processes to obtain permanent Lawful Permanent Resident Status (Green Card) in the United States through the EB1A/B/C, EB2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) and PERM -based EB2 and EB3. Whereas Mr. Leech will be presenting in person, the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group will also be joining remotely to discuss options for entity formation, taxation and corporate issues.
