WHITEMAN OSTERMAN & HANNA LLP ANNOUNCES NEW ASSOCIATE

Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP, the Capital Region’s largest law firm, has announced that Catherine A. Graziose has joined the firm as an associate in the Education Practice Group. In her new role, Graziose will be responsible for counseling primary and higher education clients in matters relating to Titles IV and IX of the Higher Education Act, Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act, conducting policy review, and assisting clients to comply with state and federal regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining Whiteman Osterman & Hanna, Graziose was an assistant counsel in the general affairs practice group for the State University of New York, where she offered client services to SUNY Cobleskill, Delhi, and Morrisville. She was also responsible for contract drafting and negotiations, handling administrative law complaints and institutional response, drafting regulatory guidance, and conducting discreet research for higher education institutions.

Graziose holds a bachelor of arts in sociology and psychology from the State University of New York at Geneseo. She graduated from Albany Law School of Union University in 2020. She resides in Glenville.
