Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP, the Capital Region’s largest law firm, is pleased to announce that Melissa Cherubino has joined the Firm as an Associate.
Melissa Cherubino received her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School and Master of Public Administration from the University at Albany, Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy. Over the last fifteen years, Melissa has developed extensive experience managing development, planning and code enforcement with local municipalities and developers. Melissa is well versed in stormwater management; municipal codes and State laws initiating legislative changes as well as grant applications.
Melissa will be practicing with the Firm’s Land Use and Development Practice Group. Whiteman Osterman & Hanna advises clients on compliance with local, State and federal statutes and regulations relating to the development of real estate. Clients depend on us to review development proposals to determine what, if any, permits and approvals are required from or by government agencies.
