David Everett and Robert Stout, both Partners at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna, were invited by the Dutchess County Department of Planning & Development to train Town, Village and City officials on common mistakes made in the land use and State Environmental Quality Review Act (“SEQRA”) processes. Dave and Rob shared their experiences serving on and representing local boards, as well as applicants appearing before boards, offering tips on complying with legal requirements and enhancing the level of service boards provide.
