We are currently seeking a Legal Secretary to work with our Commercial Real Estate Practice Group.
You will provide legal administrative support in a team-oriented environment including:
- Assisting attorneys and staff with general secretarial support
- Communicating with clients
- Upkeep of client records and filing
Skills Needed for Success:
- Confidence and ability to support multiple billing professionals
- Strong communication
- Time management
- Robust organizational ability
- Strong abilities with the MS Office Suite
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of legal secretarial experience
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate strongly preferred
- Overtime flexibility

Pay Range: $24.72 - $27.48 per hour
