We are currently seeking a Legal Secretary to work with our Corporate Practice Group.
The Role:
You will provide legal administrative support in a team-oriented environment including:
- Assisting attorneys and staff with general secretarial support
- Communicating with clients
- Upkeep of client records and filing
Skills Needed for Success:
- Confidence and ability to support multiple billing professionals
- Strong communication
- Time management
- Robust organizational ability
Required:
- Strong abilities with the MS Office Suite
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of legal secretarial experience
- Experience in Corporate law (strongly preferred)
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate (preferred)
- Overtime flexibility

Compensation: 45,000-55,000 Annual
