Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP is seeking an associate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join its matrimonial and family law practice group. The firm's matrimonial and family law attorneys regularly negotiate and litigate divorces, separations, premarital agreements, property divisions, child support, spousal support, custody, and adoption. Candidate must be admitted to practice in New York, have strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills. Candidate must have litigation experience; matrimonial and family law experience a plus. Compensation Rate: $110,000-155,000 annual
We believe that being fully integrated in our client’s daily activities and making ourselves available to answer routine questions for their administrators before they take action, are critical to avoiding litigation and other legal problems.
