Martin Ricciardi was a partner in Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP’s Business, Corporate and Financial Services practice group, and Chair the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Mr. Ricciardi spent his career counseling commercial, non-profit and education clients in the registration, licensing, management and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights, trade secret protection, patent, trademark, software and technology licensing and in government and commercially-sponsored research agreements, research collaborations, intellectual property management agreements, pharmaceutical and other manufacturing agreements, technology consulting contracts, materials transfer agreements, and confidentiality agreements, as well as in distributorship, agency, franchising and other business relationships.

Mr. Ricciardi graduated from Duke University School of Law and Binghamton University School of Management of the State University of New York. He also attended the University of Miami School of Music.
