Martin J. Ricciardi
Martin Ricciardi, a partner in Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP’s Business, Corporate and Financial Services practice group, Chairs the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. He counsels commercial, non-profit and education clients in the registration, licensing, management and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights, trade secret protection, patent, trademark, software and technology licensing and in government and commercially-sponsored research agreements, research collaborations, intellectual property management agreements, pharmaceutical and other manufacturing agreements, technology consulting contracts, materials transfer agreements, and confidentiality agreements, as well as in distributorship, agency, franchising and other business relationships.
Mr. Ricciardi is a member of the New York State Bar Association (member of the Intellectual Property Law section) and a member of the bar of the State of New York.
