Tucker Oberting joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP in September 2025. Mr. Oberting was previously a Summer Associate and Law Clerk with the Firm. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Oberting served as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Mae D’Agostino, United States District Judge for the Northern District of New York.

Mr. Oberting is admitted to practice in New York State, and is a member of the New York Bar Association.

Tucker graduated cum laude from Washington and Lee University School of Law with his Juris Doctor. During law school, Mr. Oberting was a Lead Articles Editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review and Faculty Research Assistant. Mr. Oberting received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University, majoring in Government and minoring in Film and Media Studies.
