Geoffrey A. Rafalik joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP in October 2021. He is a member of the Firm’s Estate Planning and Administration Practice Group.

Mr. Rafalik is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Rafalik is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Eastern New York.

Mr. Rafalik received his Juris Doctor with a concentration in Tax Law from Albany Law School of Union University and his Bachelor of Arts from Siena College.  Mr. Rafalik is currently enrolled at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law for his Master of Laws (“LLM”) in Taxation.

Mr. Rafalik is originally from Saratoga Springs, New York and currently resides in the Albany area with his wife, Kerry, and their two children.  Mr. Rafalik is a big supporter of Arsenal Football Club, Siena basketball, the Buffalo Bills, the New York Knicks and the New York Yankees.
