Background/Education

Mr. Rafalik received his Juris Doctor with a concentration in Tax Law from Albany Law School of Union University and his Bachelor of Arts from Siena College.

Prior to joining Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP, Mr. Rafalik ran his own law practice and was named a Super Lawyer “Rising Star” in 2020 and 2021 for the Estate Planning practice area.

Mr. Rafalik is originally from Saratoga Springs, New York.
