The Schenectady Bar Association recently held a dedication ceremony of a courtroom in honor of Judge Howard A. Levine.  From 1993 to 2002, Howard Levine served as Associate Judge of the New York State Court of Appeals. He was previously an Associate Justice on the Appellate Division, Third Department, from 1982 to 1993.
