Norma Meacham and Robert Schofield, partners at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna, recently gave a presentation to The Albany-Capital Region Chapter IPMA-HR (International Public Management Association for Human Resources) at the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets on Friday, January 6, 2012.

Ms. Meacham and Mr. Schofield’s presentation was entitled “Improper Practices and Representation Proceedings.” The program reviewed the Public Employee’s Fair Employment Act, commonly known as The Taylor Law, the role of the Public Employee Relations Board (PERB) and developing good practices under the law and PERB.
