Scott Fein, partner, and Claiborne Walthall, associate, attorneys at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna, contributed and edited the recent publication entitled:  Protections in the New York State Constitution Beyond the Federal Bill of Rights.  The New York State Constitution protects individual rights in many ways the U.S. Constitution does not.
