Applying for: Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and dynamic personality to provide marketing and administrative support to the Firm’s marketing team!

Marketing support includes: assistance with coordinating events, RFP responses, developing and maintain marketing materials, and periodic website maintenance and social media support. Individual must possess the ability to produce large and accurate volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidate will possess an associate’s degree in marketing, business or communications, and 3+ years of marketing and administrative experience. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point is required.  Prior marketing and/or law firm experience and a working knowledge of InDesign, Constant Contact, and social media platforms helpful. Overtime flexibility is required.
