Danielle D. Weatherby joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP as an associate attorney in September 2007. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Weatherby served as confidential law clerk to the Honorable Gary L. Sharpe, District Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.

Ms. Weatherby is admitted to practice in all state courts in New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia, and the United States District Courts for the Districts of New York and New Jersey. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Capital District Woman’s Bar Association, Federal Bar Council, and the New York State Trial Lawyers’ Association.

Background
Ms. Weatherby was awarded a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from University of Florida, Levin College of Law in May 2005. While at University of Florida, she argued as a member of the Jessup Moot Court Honors Society. During the summer of her second year of law school, Ms. Weatherby interned for the Honorable Frederick J. Scullin, Jr., District Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Prior to attending law school, she received a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin and Marshall College with a double major in Latin and Greek.
