Mr. Nye’s primary area of practice is litigation, arbitration and mediation, with particular emphasis on real property taxation, federal and state constitutional claims, employment discrimination, and municipal law.

Affiliations
Mr. Nye is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as in the United States District Court for the Northern District, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Background
Mr. Nye is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was an editor of the law review and an instructor in legal writing. Mr. Nye earned his undergraduate degree from the American University School of International Service.
