Attorney Jean Gerbini participated as Chair in a seminar entitled Insurance Coverage Issues in the Commercial General Liability Policy: Emerging Issues for the Next Decade on Friday, June 18. The seminar was for the New York State Bar Association’s Advanced Insurance Coverage Seminar 2010.

Topics that were covered at the seminar included an “Overview of the Commercial General Liability Policy;” “‘Arising out of’ and Similar Additional Insured Issues Following Worth and Garito;” “‘Other Insurance’ Issues in the Wake of BP and Bovis v. Great American;” and more.

The seminar was held at the New York State Nurses Association, 11 Cornell Road, Latham, NY on Friday, June 18, from 8:30 – 4:30 p.m.
